Chiefs’ 2016 preseason schedule includes home games vs. Seahawks, Packers

The National Football League released its 2016 preseason schedule Thursday.

The Chiefs will open the preseason with a home game against the Seattle Seahawks, followed by a road game against the Los Angeles Rams. The Chiefs will then have another road date against the Chicago Bears before hosting the Green Bay Packers.

All four games will be shown on KCTV5. The dates and times for each have yet to be determined.

Last year, the NFL announced its regular-season schedule in mid to late April. The dates are unknown, but the Chiefs already know that, in addition to their annual home-and-away slate against their AFC West divisional foes, they will also have home games against the Jaguars, Titans, Jets, Saints and Buccaneers and road games against the Texans, Colts, Steelers, Falcons and Panthers.
