Two years ago the Kansas City Chiefs were hurting for a receiver to step up and be THE guy for the KC. No receiver for the Chiefs caught a touchdown in a long, long time, which prompted the team to acquire one of head coach Andy Reid’s former draft picks in Jeremy Maclin. 2015 proved to be a much better year in terms of wide receiver production Maclin alone hauled in eight touchdowns last year alone, which was a marked improvement.
Even with Maclin coming aboard and being a true number one receiver it was in the number two spot that the Chiefs still felt like they needed help.
