The Kansas City Chiefs continue to endure a fairly long string of losses throughout this offseason from the team’s front office. Some have happened via the team’s own decision as they’ve decided to move on. Others have been due to teams poaching their staff to bolster their own front offices. The latest is the latter as the Buffalo Bills have hired away the Chiefs Director of College Scouting, Bruce Allen, for the same exact same role under new general manager Brandon Beane.
Allen has been the team’s Director of College Scouting since John Dorsey was hired in 2013.
