A little more than two weeks ago, it was reported (by friend-of-the-site Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star) that the Kansas City Chiefs had more than 80 players in for Phase Two of the team’s offseason program.
That attendance included Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who attended last Tuesday of voluntary work before missing at least Thursday — but he was back at work for day four Tuesday after his first annual charity golf tournament over the weekend.
Word of the Chiefs’ good attendance apparently spread to the Cleveland Browns media, who asked defensive end Myles Garrett if the team was falling behind, given the 55 Browns on hand for their voluntary work.
