At this point, it would take the wildest of miracles for the Denver Broncos to make a playoff run in 2019. Every current contender would have to lose out and the Broncos would have to run the table over the next three weeks—a series of events that statisticians give a less than one percent chance of happening. Still, in the name of competition, the Broncos are alive and confident against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
For Week 15, the Chiefs have a postseason position in the bag, but they are also holding onto hopes that the New England Patriots or Baltimore Ravens might slip and fall down the standings enough to give them home-field advantage (and a key first-round bye).
