Baylor hires former Chiefs assistant as wide receivers coach

For those who eat and sleep all things Kansas City Chiefs, a familiar name has popped up as the most recent hiring by the Baylor football program. The Bears announced Bob Bicknell as the newest addition to new head coach Matt Rhule’s staff on Thursday.

Bicknell served three years with the Kansas City Chiefs, including two years as offensive line coach and the final season as tight ends coach, from 2007 to 2009. Bicknell served under head coach Herm Edwards and offensive coordinators Mike Solari and Chan Gailey, and largely worked with an older line of veterans that included Brian Waters, Casey Wiegmann and John Welbourn.
