On Monday morning, it was reported that Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice was in attendance for Phase 3 of organized team activities (OTAs).
That news was to be expected; Rice was always likely to partake in offseason workouts as the legal processes from two offseason incidents play out. The first connected Rice to an automobile accident stemming from street racing, and the second connected Rice to an alleged assault at a Dallas nightclub.
