Kansas City Chiefs inside linebacker Reggie Ragland walked down the hill to the fields at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph Sunday morning, and with his steps, Chiefs fans could breathe a collective sigh of relief.
Prior to Sunday, Ragland had spent all of camp on the non-football injury (NFI) list due to his knee “puffing up” on a flight. Ragland had also done some offseason turf workouts that he probably shouldn’t have been participating in.
Regardless of how the injury happened, Ragland was back Sunday for a limited practice.
“Reggie did a nice job for what we asked him to do,” Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said after training camp practice Sunday.
