Andy Reid’s first Super Bowl victory draws great Twitter response

The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl for the first time in 50 years. More importantly, Andy Reid won his first ever Super Bowl as a head coach, earning his 222nd win in style.

There was a moment where it seemed doubtful that we would be discussing this. With the Chiefs down by 10 points midway through the fourth quarter, the San Francisco 49ers appeared to have the game under control. But with Reid’s guidance, the Chiefs surged late in the game, scoring 21 points to beat the 49ers 31-20.

Reid has coached football since 1982 and joined the NFL as an assistant in 1992.
