Andy Reid shines light on how Chiefs evaluate players at camp

Training camp began this past Monday, which started the clock. The Kansas City Chiefs now have until September 1 to determine which of the 90 players end up on the first version of the 53-man roster.

Every wonder how head coach Andy Reid, general manager Brett Veach and the rest of the staff come up with the final roster?

Reid shined some light on the Chiefs’ process on Saturday after practice.

“You evaluate everything,” Reid said. “You look at all 120 plays here.”

After watching the film, Reid and his coaching staff give each player a grade.
