Kansas City Chiefs 2015 fifth-round pick James O'Shaughnessy is listed as the No. 2 tight end on the team's depth chart despite veterans with more experience on the roster.
At 6-foot-4, 248 pounds, O'Shaughnessy has impressive speed and seems to have locked up the role behind starter Travis Kelce.
“He’s a pretty good [pass] catcher,’’ coach Andy Reid said, via ESPN.
“Blocking is where he needed the most improvement. He’s been doing well with that.
“Every day he improves, which is kind of a neat thing to see. He’s from a smaller school.
