Andy Reid provides injury update in his post-game press conference

The Kansas City Chiefs did not come out of their 28-18 Week 7 win over the San Francisco 49ers unscathed regarding injuries.

First, wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster left the game with a hamstring issue during the first quarter. Initially questionable, the wide receiver was eventually ruled out. Later, in the fourth quarter, cornerback Jaylen Watson limped off the field due to a problem with his ankle.

Smith-Schuster is thought to have re-aggravated the hamstring injury he suffered on Thursday in practice. In his post-game press conference, head coach Andy Reid was asked if he expected either Smith-Schuster or Watson would be out long-term.
