Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid provided several injury updates following their 17-10 preseason win over the Arizona Cardinals.
The significant absence of note was that of wide receiver Tyreek Hill, whose hamstring flared up prior to the matchup.
“Tyreek had had a hamstring that kind of tightened up on him in practice,” said Reid. “Thought he could go, and then during warmups, it tightened up again, so I chose to keep him out of there.”
Chiefs cornerback Rashad Fenton injured his hamstring as he fielded punts during pre-game warmups.
“Before the game, Fenton tweaked his hamstring,” said Reid.
