Wide receiver Hollywood Brown was the Kansas City Chiefs’ splashiest offseason acquisition for the upcoming season. But since he was injured on the opening offensive play of the preseason Week 1 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, we don’t really know what kind of contribution he can make in the Kansas City offense.
Since his sternoclavicular joint dislocation was essentially the same injury that former Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill suffered in the opening game of the 2019 season, it’s been widely assumed that Brown would miss about four weeks.
