Alex Smith on inability to score against Bengals: 'They disguise well and all of the sudden at the snap, they've got guys coming'

Kansas City Chiefs quarter back Alex Smith can feel the heat after another loss and his growing inability to find the endzone.

Smith went for 31-of-45 for 386 yards with no touchdowns in the face of a fierce Bengals pass rush, while settling for seven field goals.

"At times, we handled it well," said Smith, via ESPN.

"Had a good plan for it. Certainly they made their plays against us.

"It's never going to be perfect on the road against a defense like that. They're going to get some. Hopefully you get them a few times.
