The Kansas City Chiefs recently held a private workout with NFL hopeful Alex Barnes, per reporter Aaron Wilson.
Wilson noted on Thursday that Barnes, a running back out of Kansas State, had drew the Chiefs attention for a visit to Arrowhead, a nice development that could mean big things for a regional product.
Barnes weighed in at the NFL Combine at 6’0, 226 lbs. and set high marks with his incredible 34 reps on the bench press. This past season, he was named second team All-Big 12 after a performance in which he put up 1,355 rushing yards on only 256 carries and 12 touchdowns.
