Ever since the most “important” roster decision of the offseason was made — when the Chiefs chose “Punt God” Matt Araiza over undrafted free agent Ryan Rehkow — our focus has shifted to the other competitions to watch when the team takes the field in St. Joseph. All jokes aside, this roster is as stacked and (likely) predictable as any we’ve seen in recent years.
On an offense that features Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, plus some new additions at receiver, there will be more competition for snaps and touches than for making the initial 53-man squad.
