4 Chiefs return to training camp practice on Wednesday

On Wednesday, the Kansas City Chiefs conducted their ninth 2024 training camp practice at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph. After Monday’s light 10-10-10 session (and a day off on Tuesday), the team was back in pads on Wednesday.

Wide receiver Hollywood Brown (illness), running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (illness) and defensive tackle Chris Jones (groin) were all back on the field. Cornerback Jaylen Watson — who has been on the team’s Active/PUP (physically-unable-to-perform) list since camp began — passed his physical. He came down the hill in pads and a helmet.

After being absent on Monday, cornerback Nazeeh Johnson (hamstring) was present, but did not participate in drills.
