The Kansas City Chiefs have a great competition brewing for key spots at both wide receiver and linebacker heading into training camp, and they might be interested in adding another prospect to the mix of any of the 2019 NFL Supplemental Draft prospects stand out.
So far, two prospects have reportedly applied to be a part of the Supplemental Draft: West Virginia wide receiver Marcus Simms and Syracuse linebacker Shyheim Cullen.
There are no reports the Chiefs have individual interests in the talents involved—Simms and/or Cullen—but it’s at least interesting that they play positions that are a bit more unsettled than others on the roster.
