On Wednesday, the Kansas City Chiefs conducted their 18th 2024 training camp practice at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph.
Running back Louis Rees-Zammit came down the hill to practice without pads and a helmet. While this was entirely normal when he was a European rugby star, it means something else in the NFL: he was sitting out Wednesday’s practice. We expect to get more information about his situation when the session concludes.
Although he participated in Tuesday’s session, tackle Wanya Morris was also held out on Wednesday. Defensive tackle Chris Jones (shoulder) and wide receiver Jaaron Jayek (shoulder) didn’t practice again.
