On Monday, the Kansas City Chiefs conducted their second 2024 training camp practice at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph.
Practice began with no sign of wide receiver Xavier Worthy or cornerback Kelvin Joseph. The absence of the team’s first-round pick was especially worrisome, since he missed most of the team’s OTA practice session with a hamstring injury.
UPDATE at 11:17 am: After practice concluded, the team announced that Worthy missed practice with an illness, while Joseph was excused for personal reasons.
Also missing was safety Trey Dean.
