For that reason, the Jacksonville Jaguars cleaned house and made significant changes to the coaching staff, the front office after going 1-15 in 2020. They hired Urban Meyer as the head coach and promoted director of player personnel Trent Baalke to general manager. The duo made some key additions in free agency and later acquired several building blocks in 2021’s draft.
