Cutting Ace Sanders isn't a huge deal in itself, but it signals something to the rest of the 2013 draft class.
On the surface, cutting Ace Sanders isn't a huge deal, football wise.
He was on the outside looking in entering this offseason, as he has disappointing as a punt returner and has been surpassed at WR by Lee, Robinson, and Hurns. We also saw the Jags add another Slot WR/Punt Returner in Rashad Greene in this last draft.
There was a lot of confusion over the timing of Ace's release, but it makes sense for both parties.
