JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars have been bit badly by the injury bug during the preseason. The various ailments have caused issues with depth throughout the roster, most specifically at the wide receiver position.
Veteran Bryan Walters, who has shined throughout training camp and the preseason, will likely see his snaps increase with Arrelious Benn being placed on injured reserve and Damian Copeland being waived with a dislocated shoulder. On top of the departures of Benn and Copeland, the team is also dealing with Marqise Lee and Neal Sterling's hamstring injuries.
Walters has received more reps and he's welcomed the added opportunity to show off his skills.
