Briean Boddy-Calhoun can still remember everything about the play and how the frustration that led up to it made the result especially gratifying.
Boddy-Calhoun, a cornerback who signed with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent from Minnesota, was playing in his final regular season game last November when Wisconsin’s offense lined up in a formation he immediately recognized.
In the Golden Gophers-Badgers game in 2014, Boddy-Calhoun was burned several times on bubble screens to receivers. On their first offensive play of this game, the Badgers showed a similar look.
“I told myself that if they think they are going to run a bubble right here, I am going to pick it and take it to the house,” Boddy-Calhoun said.
