When the Jacksonville Jaguars signed Tim Tebow, they knew they were getting a project instead of someone who could contribute right out of the gate. The former Gator is currently making the transition from quarterback — the position he’s played throughout his football career — to tight end. So far, he’s gotten support from several players, including All-Pro Travis Kelce and AFC South rival Mo Alie-Cox.
More recently, Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller has offered to help Tebow with the switch.
