It’s hard to see this team getting any respect, despite the additions to the team’s roster until they do what good teams do – win football games consistently. Regardless of draft grades that are in the affirmative, this is a team that has begun rebuilding its defense brick by brick and will overhaul its offense thanks to a coordinator in Jay Gruden.
