If you've consistently kept up with Jacksonville Jaguars press conferences this offseason, you are used to hearing the name "LaRoy Reynolds."
The third-year linebacker has become a favorite mention of both Jaguars Head Coach Gus Bradley and his teammates over the last several weeks.
Reynolds, a special teams captain, made plays throughout organized team activities and has been a leader in the locker room for his younger counterparts.
That's not too shabby for a former undrafted free agent out of Norfolk, VA.
"I think a big thing was maturity and becoming more of a professional," said Reynolds of his recent progress.
