Report: Jaguars’ Josh Allen inks five-year, $150 million extension

The wind picked up in Northeast Florida on Wednesday morning as Jacksonville Jaguars fans collectively sighed in relief.

Outside linebacker Josh Allen has agreed to a five-year, $150 million contract extension with the team.

Another franchise tag-turned-extension: Sources says the #Jaguars and star pass-rusher Josh Allen are closing in on a 5-year contract to make him one of the highest-paid at his position in the NFL.

The deal makes Allen the third-highest-paid defender in the league behind only Nick Bosa and Chris Jones.
