The Jacksonville Jaguars haven’t had a good season regardless of the metric you want to use. Following the firing of general manager Dave Caldwell the organization is starting fresh and trying to build this team up from the bottom in order to be competitive in the coming years.
However, there are a lot of things they need to do in order to get to that point and there are plenty of pieces they must add before that happens.
