JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Fraternal Order of Police wants the NFL to allow off-duty officers to carry weapons at NFL games.
After the terrorist attacks in Paris, the National FOP president sent a letter to the NFL, calling for the league to change a rule that bars off-duty police from bringing weapons to games.
"It could easily happen. It is just a matter of a person having the motive and the time," said Jaguars fan Cameron Robbins.
During the first Jaguars game after the attacks in Paris, fans saw bomb sniffing dogs and dozens of officers posted on every corner.
