Nobody was spared, except for the newly acquired players.
“He stood up in the front of the room, showed the clips and said, ‘We’re not doing this. This isn’t going to fly,’” middle linebacker/defensive captain Paul Posluszny recalled this week. “And then he said, ‘This is how things are going to be.’ It was obvious from the jump that we were going to have a different level of attention to detail and a different level of discipline.
