The Jacksonville Jaguars started their organized team activities (OTAs) on Tuesday morning, and the coaching staff and players are already starting to notice a difference in quarterback Blake Bortles.
After working tirelessly on his mechanics and delivery during the lead-up to the 2014 NFL Draft, Bortles exploded onto the scene during the 2014 NFL preseason. He was by far the most polished and impressive rookie quarterback in his short stints during the preseason. Once Bortles took the field as the starter in week 4 of the regular season however, his mechanics started to slowly deteriorate every week.
