Two years ago, Blake Bortles was a prospect trying to do whatever he could to convince a team he could be a long-term franchise quarterback.
Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell believed in Bortles’ talent and mental makeup, selecting the former Central Florida star with the third-overall pick in the 2014 draft.
Now, Bortles is on the other end of the spectrum.
