According to the Florida Times Union, newly signed Jacksonville Jaguars TE Mychal Rivera has seen starter-level snaps in team drills.
The Jaguars, after trading away Julius Thomas, are looking for a pass-catching tight end as their projected use of Marcedes Lewis primarily as a run blocker should create a void that Rivera could fill.
Since Rivera saw 91 passes thrown his way in 2014, the Raiders drastically limited his usage during the following two seasons as he went on to see 44 and 29 targets, respectively.
