If anyone’s wondering whether former Jaguars kicker Josh Scobee is upset at the team for trading him to Pittsburgh before the season started, think again.
“I was very fortunate to have been here for 11 years, and I’m happy I was here that long,” said Scobee, shortly after finishing the second round of the Henry Tuten Gator Bowl Pro-Am at the San Jose Country Club on Friday, a team event in which he was playing with PGA Tour veteran Steve Wheatcroft, Paul Coalson and Steve Hodgett.
“I’ve never had any animosity to the team. I understand the business end of it and I’m looking forward to the next stage of his career.
