When Gladstone was announced as the Jaguars’ new GM, he became the second-youngest general manager in NFL history and the youngest currently to be employed. It’s a meteoric rise for the executive, who only began his career in front office activities in 2016 - beginning as a senior assistant to Les Snead with the Los Angeles Rams.
