Jamaal Charles signs with Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed veteran free agent running back Jamaal Charles, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The move came quickly after it was reported the team would be working out Charles and former Kansas City Chiefs running back Charcandrick West. The team also picked up a running back from the Denver Broncos practice squad, which should fill the two roster spots opened up by putting Corey Grant and Austin Seferian-Jenkins on injured reserve.

This means the Jaguars current backfield consists of an injured Leonard Fournette, a hobbled TJ Yeldon, a 32-year old Charles and a rookie David Williams.
