Mike Kaye of First Coast News reports that the Jaguars worked out free agent S Jonathan Meeks on Tuesday.
Meeks, 27, is a former fifth-round pick by the Bills in the 2013 NFL Draft. Buffalo decided to waive him back in 2015 but re-signed him to their practice squad once he cleared waivers.
The Bills promoted him to their active roster in September of 2015 and he contributed as a backup defensive back.
In 2016, Meeks appeared in all 16 games for the Bills and recorded 16 total tackles, one pass defense, and one fumble recovery.
