Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Jaguars brought in veteran ILB Sam Barrington for a workout last Friday.
This is the first reported interest in Barrington since free agency opened several months ago.
Barrington, 26, is a former seventh-round pick of the Packers in 2013. He spent three years in Green Bay before he was waived at the start of last season and later claimed off of waivers by the Chiefs.
Kansas City cut him loose after a few months and he finished out the year with the Saints.
In 2016, Barrington appeared in seven games and recorded two tackles.
