Kicking coach Michael Husted helped develop Jason Myers so the Jaguars have decided to bring him in once a month or so to help him with his fundamentals.
Coach Gus Bradley said he talked with general manager Dave Caldwell about the idea and Caldwell set it up and Husted was at practice Wednesday. Myers made a 31-yard field goal in Tampa along with four extra points but missed two field goal attempts in Indianapolis that cost the Jaguars the game.
“We’re looking at bringing him in every four weeks or so just to fine-tune some things,’’ Bradley said.
