The Jaguars tried to practice at two different locations Monday, but a combination or rain, lightning and field conditions wiped out all but 40 minutes of their on-field work.
The team was scheduled to board buses and have a workout at Mandarin High School, but that was cancelled an hour before the 6 p.m. start.
The Jaguars then put on shoulder pads for a 90-minute workout outside the stadium, but the weather wiped that out during individual drills.
“We were trying to get it done [at Mandarin],” coach Gus Bradley said. “I know it was a big deal for our players and when I went into the locker room and told them, they were disappointed.
