JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars suffered another crushing blow to their roster on Monday.
The team announced that it will place starting right guard Brandon Linder on injured reserve this week.
Linder suffered a labral tear in his left shoulder and missed Sunday's loss against the Indianapolis Colts.
It has been determined that Linder will need to undergo surgery on his shoulder and will miss the remainder of the season.
Taken in the third round of last year's draft, Linder has started in all 18 games that he's appeared in over the last two seasons.
