JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- The Jacksonville Jaguars will have lighter depth at safety moving forward.
Rookie safety James Sample fractured his arm during Thursday's organized team activities, according to the Florida Times-Union.
Sample was a fourth round pick of the Jaguars. He was the 104th overall selection in this year's NFL Draft.
He was likely to compete for the starting free safety job with Sergio Brown in training camp but may be out for a majority of that period.
