His two training camps with the Jaguars derailed by injuries, the team released receiver Damian Copeland on Thursday.
Copeland, 25, was signed as an undrafted free agent from Louisville in May 2014. But he spent his rookie season on injured reserve after a camp wrist injury that required surgery.
Last preseason, Copeland dislocated his shoulder against the New York Giants and was put on injured reserve after clearing waivers.
Copeland’s release still leaves 11 receivers under contract with the Jaguars.
