James Robinson has been a breath of fresh air for the Jaguars’ backfield this season, and after a stellar performance on Sunday, he’s been nominated for the NFL’s Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week.
Last week, Jaguars cornerback CJ Henderson won the NFL’s Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week after a stellar NFL debut that included an interception and a few pass breakups. Henderson was the team’s No. 9 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
An undrafted free agent signee out of Illinois State, Robinson burst onto the scene in week one after being named the team’s starting running back.
