Shortly after the final Friday practice of the season, the Jaguars and head coach Doug Marrone announced that Gardner Minshew II will be questionable with right shoulder soreness entering Sunday’s matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
“Just overall soreness,” Marrone said on Friday when asked about Minshew II’s status. “Just trying to be precautionary — rest him. And then see how he is on Sunday. And we got Nick [Foles] and we got Josh Dobbs too so they’re ready to go.”
If the Jaguars are without Minshew II it would be veteran quarterback Nick Foles likely getting the start — his fifth of the season if he does suit up on Sunday.
