Jaguars Practice Report: Babich talks disappointing defense, Smith set to play

The Jacksonville Jaguars spent Thursday battling themselves, literally. The offensive and defensive squads squared off throughout practice in what Jaguars Head Coach Gus Bradley described as a "competitive" set of drills.

While he wouldn't divulge too many details, Bradley and defensive coordinator Bob Babich were encouraged by what they saw on the practice field.

Despite the overwhelmingly positive attitude towards practice, several veterans were limited or sat out of the exercise.
