On Monday afternoon the Jacksonville Jaguars kicked off Phase 3 of their offseason program, as Organized Training Activities (OTAs) began on the Miller Electric Center practice fields.
Similar to Rookie Minicamp, the practices are still held without pads, however OTAs allows 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills to be added to the practice schedule. However live contact is still not permitted, as with Rookie Minicamp.
Here are a few firsthand observations and highlights from the field.
On a wet and rainy Monday, the team decided to practice outside and own the elements. Despite the rainy day, there were only a limited number of drops on the day.
