HOUSTON — A one-sided season finale on Sunday clinched a playoff berth for the Houston Texans (9-7) and produced the Jacksonville Jaguars' third-straight loss.
The 30-6 loss to the Texans set the Jaguars' season record at 5-11 and moved head coach Gus Bradley to a 12-36 record in the first three years of his tenure. With ownership already giving Bradley a vote of confidence for a fourth season, his squad did little to reassure Shad Khan that he made the right decision.
The Jaguars lost the turnover battle, failed to produce pressure on defense and the once-reliable second half offense failed to show up.
